    Description

    Robert Half’s marketing and creative client is seeking a Senior Print Designer for a 1–3+ month contract role. This on-site, 40-hour-per-week opportunity in the Greenfield, MA area; candidates must work onsite 5 days/week. The Designer will conceptualize and execute high-impact print materials, focusing on both long-form and short-form projects such as brochures, catalogs, posters, and multi-page documents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and produce long- and short-form materials

    + Lead full-cycle design projects, managing timelines, resources, and delivery

    + Collaborate with marketing, production, and other teams to ensure alignment with brand standards

    + Oversee project workflows in tandem with stakeholders

    + Ensure all designs meet print production specifications and maintain consistently high quality standards

    + Provide creative direction and mentorship for other designers

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Degree in design, communication, or similar

    + 5+ years of experience in print graphic design

    + Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

    + Strong conceptual and production design skills

    + Experience with both long-form and short-form design, including multi-page layouts

    + Solid understanding of print production and prepress processes

    + Excellent organizational and project management skills

    + Self-starter

    + Leadership skills
