    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring seamless operations across various accounting functions.     Responsibilities:

    • Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

    • Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and vendor payments.

    • Manage accounts receivable activities, such as billing and payment tracking.

    • Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and maintain organized records.

    • Review and process invoices in compliance with company policies.

    • Utilize software tools like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to support accounting operations.

    • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.

    • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and documentation.

    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company procedures when handling sensitive financial information. Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial record management.

    • Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    • Skilled in using accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoice processing.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience in billing and financial documentation preparation is preferred.
