Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team in Hartland, Wisconsin. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating printing projects, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in customer service and organizational tasks within the printing or publishing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather printing requirements and communicate them effectively to external vendors.

• Manage schedules, oversee bidding processes, and track statements of work to ensure project execution aligns with deadlines.

• Develop clear and precise job layouts and purchase orders to facilitate smooth production workflows.

• Oversee internal approval processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to guidelines.

• Maintain consistent communication across departments and vendors to follow up on production progress and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

• Organize and document production operation statuses to enhance transparency and accessibility.

• Acquire proficiency in internal software systems and demonstrate knowledge of promotional or print product workflows.

• Monitor and review multiple reports to track project and production timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

• Proficiency in data entry and order management systems.

• Strong skills in handling email correspondence professionally and efficiently.

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain high attention to detail.

• Familiarity with production processes in the printing or publishing industry is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Capable of working collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
