    Partnering with a growing legal services firm in Denver, CO seeking a Firm Administrator. The Firm Administrator will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of finance/accounting operations.

     

    Day to day responsibilities include...

     

    + financial reporting/analysis

    + month-end close duties

    + annual budgeting

    + revenue cycle management

    + banking management

    + general ledger accounting

    + trust accounting

    Requirements

    The ideal Firm Administrator comes with...

     

    + Bachelor's Degree

    + Experience with Practice Master/TABS3 time and billing software

    + Trust accounting experience- specifically COLTAF and 3-way reconciliations

    + Excel skills- vlookups and pivot tables
