Description We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a long-term contract position that offers flexibility in work hours and the opportunity to contribute to outbound sales efforts. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a background in sales or lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, ensuring a positive experience.

• Manage customer inquiries with professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and support overall sales strategies.

• Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized documentation of sales activities.

• Support various administrative tasks, including scheduling and follow-up communications.

• Provide insights and feedback to improve outreach strategies and customer engagement.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of sales techniques.

• Adapt to flexible work hours to accommodate customers in different time zones. Requirements • Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation.

• Strong ability to make quick decisions and think critically under pressure.

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of cash activity and closing processes is a plus.
