Description We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our organization. This is a long-term contract position based in Westerville, Ohio, offering an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to execute marketing strategies effectively.
• Monitor project progress and troubleshoot issues to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
• Optimize workflows and processes to improve team collaboration and overall project outcomes.
• Conduct quality control reviews to ensure all deliverables meet established standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Utilize expertise in Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Research and implement best practices in marketing project management to continually enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Requirements • Proven experience in project management within a marketing environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in planning and budget processes to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Expertise in quality control and troubleshooting to address project challenges promptly.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
