Description
A well-established and growing global investment firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join its expanding accounting and finance team. The organization operates internationally within the private equity and real assets space and offers long-term stability, strong leadership, and meaningful career progression.
This role reports directly to the Director of Corporate Accounting and will play a key part in supporting corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
+ Support corporate accounting close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
+ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
+ Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
+ Partner with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reviews
+ Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
+ Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
+ CPA designation or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
+ 3–5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting
+ Real estate or private equity exposure is a plus, but not required
+ Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control concepts
+ Advanced Excel skills; experience with real estate accounting systems a plus
+ Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 base salary + up to 15% annual bonus (DOE)
