    Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of human resources while supporting a dynamic work environment. The role involves managing a variety of HR functions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department across multiple functions, including recruitment, employee benefits, and training.

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to company policies.

    • Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate records while upholding confidentiality standards.

    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including insurance and wellness initiatives.

    • Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job postings to candidate selection.

    • Address employee relations concerns and provide guidance to resolve workplace issues.

    • Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and ensure efficient workflows.

    • Coordinate and deliver training sessions to promote employee development and compliance.

    • Monitor and implement HR policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    • Collaborate with various departments to support a positive and productive work environment. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field.

    • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance standards.

    • Proficiency in managing HRIS systems and other HR-related software.

    • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.

    • Experience in coordinating employee benefits and wellness programs.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
