    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    **Mercy Radiology Group** , a radiology group based in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to its IR service.

    Highlights include:

    + Candidate will join team of 9 IR doctors and 2 APP's in a group of 80+ radiologists

    + IR experience is preferable, although potentially evolving position with room to grow and expand skillset

    + Team-based approach with patient centered care

    + Procedures to include paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, port and tunneled catheter placement/removal, gastrostomy tube changes (must be able to demonstrate completing a minimum number of 5 each within the past 2 years for credentialing)

    + Rounding on patients and inputting orders

    + Time spent in both hospital and clinic settings

    + Possible occasional ½ day Saturday coverage

    + Friendly and supportive colleagues

    Compensation package includes:

    Job Requirements

    + A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California

    + Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)

    + Completion of state mandated educational courses

    Pay Range

    $72.11 - $72.11 /hour
