+ Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living activities

+ Flexible and able to follow specific instructions for individualized client care

+ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

+ Able to maintain client dignity while promoting independence

Key Responsibilities:

+ Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

+ Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers

+ Follow client-specific Plans of Care and dietary guidelines

+ Prepare and serve meals according to client needs and preferences

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment

+ Support client independence while ensuring safety

+ Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities

+ Perform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as needed

+ Respond promptly and competently in emergency situations

+ Notify supervisor of changes in client behavior or health

+ Complete assigned client-specific duties and contribute to team efforts
