Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This contract position requires someone who is detail oriented and can handle large volumes of data with precision and efficiency while ensuring accuracy in all tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining and compiling critical information for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze abstract data from legacy systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Track and monitor contract agreements alongside collective bargaining agreements.

• Compile and organize large datasets into structured formats for easy access and reference.

• Perform high-volume numeric and alphanumeric data entry tasks with precision.

• Verify entered data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information during data handling.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data management processes.

• Generate reports and summaries based on compiled data as needed.

• Utilize computer systems and software tools effectively to perform data entry and related tasks.

• Follow established protocols and guidelines to meet organizational standards. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

• Proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric data entry with a high degree of accuracy.

• Strong typing skills and familiarity with data entry software and tools.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.

• Basic proficiency in computer systems and applications relevant to data entry.
