Description We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team in Richmond, Virginia on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing HR systems and analytics, ensuring seamless processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HRIS management, including system configuration, data analysis, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to define and update the roadmap for HR system improvements and enhancements.
• Manage the development, implementation, and administration of HR systems while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure the robustness of technical solutions and processes before implementation.
• Supervise and support HR Systems Analysts to foster a high-performance team environment.
• Provide oversight for day-to-day operations, offering guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
• Lead user adoption initiatives by creating effective training, communication, and support strategies for new systems and processes.
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems and initiatives.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities and operational performance. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems, including configuration, development, and implementation.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated expertise in maintaining Dayforce as the HR system of record throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis to generate insightful reports and dashboards.
• Advanced skills in Excel and a strong command of Office365.
• Excellent analytical and technical abilities to address complex system and data challenges.
• Project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks across diverse teams.
