Description
Tess Gilmore with Robert Half is seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join her client's team. This role is critical in aligning HR initiatives with long-term business objectives, driving talent strategies, and fostering organizational development. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring that people strategies support overall business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
+ Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
+ Support organizational design and change management efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability.
+ Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, learning, and employee engagement programs.
+ Act as a coach and advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM certification a plus).
+ Experience: Minimum 3 years in a strategic HR role (HRBP or similar), with proven experience in talent strategy and organizational development.
+ Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
+ Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on long-term business goals.
