Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to participate in key financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ideal candidates will have an extensive background in financial management within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and oversee company budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals.

• Conduct detailed forecasting and variance analysis to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.

• Perform trade spend analysis to evaluate financial implications and improve profitability.

• Utilize NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel tools to streamline financial reporting and modeling.

• Create and maintain financial models to predict and assess company performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and insights.

• Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial operations and optimize costs.

• Support leadership with comprehensive financial analysis for long-term planning.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial systems and workflows.

Requirements • Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the CPG industry.

• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Solid understanding of trade spend analysis and its financial impact.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices.
