We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Mclean, Virginia, on a Contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and trial preparation, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of discovery, including document review and production.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support civil litigation cases.

• Prepare trial materials such as exhibits, witness lists, and case summaries.

• Manage case files and ensure all records are accurately maintained using case management software.

• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure deadlines and court requirements are met.

• Facilitate communication with clients and witnesses to gather essential information.

• Draft and proofread legal documents, including motions and pleadings.

• Provide administrative support during court proceedings and depositions.

• Monitor case progress and report updates to attorneys.

• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and standards throughout all case stages.

Requirements • Proven experience as a paralegal, with a focus on civil litigation.

• Proficiency in using case management software to organize and track case details.

• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and trial preparation techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
