Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Snohomish, Washington. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks Desktop and a strong background in managing financial records, ensuring tax readiness, and handling payroll filings. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to organize financial data effectively to support accurate tax filing and create streamlined company records.

Responsibilities:

• Review and organize QuickBooks Desktop records to ensure financial data is accurate and tax-ready.

• Prepare payroll filings and ensure compliance with all required regulations.

• Reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.

• Generate clear and detail-oriented financial reports that align with company operations.

• Identify and address discrepancies in financial records to ensure clarity and accuracy.

• Collaborate with the team to organize and present financial information in a defensible format.

• Create streamlined company files for future financial operations.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and reporting.

• Ensure all bookkeeping activities adhere to relevant standards and practices. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop with a proven ability to manage complex financial data.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Experience in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.

• Familiarity with preparing payroll filings and ensuring compliance.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to analyze financial records and present data clearly.

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
