Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Vista, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel at working with numbers, have strong organizational skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Code invoices appropriately and ensure timely entry into the system.

• Manage vendor invoices and oversee bill payment procedures.

• Prepare and review financial reports as required.

• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities when necessary.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve any financial queries. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.

• Skilled in coding and entering invoices with attention to detail.

• Experience with vendor invoice management and bill payments.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with teams and vendors.
