Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Camarillo, California. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bookkeeping processes and proficiency with QuickBooks, ensuring seamless management of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounting transactions with precision and efficiency.

• Manage accounts payable tasks, including invoice handling and payment processing.

• Oversee accounts receivable operations, such as invoicing, payment applications, and aging reports.

• Conduct regular credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.

• Support month-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies or posting errors in financial records.

• Adhere to established accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance.

• Perform additional bookkeeping duties as required. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or related financial roles.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records and transactions.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Experience in performing bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.

• Familiarity with established accounting procedures and compliance standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
