Description

We are seeking a high-energy and driven HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, people-focused, and thrives in a high-volume, results-driven setting.

•Responsibilities

+ Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

+ Post job openings and actively source candidates through multiple channels

+ Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

+ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide ongoing status updates

+ Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity

+ Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements

+ 3+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources

+ High-energy personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

+ Results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
