Description

Are you an experienced litigation paralegal looking to join a dynamic, collaborative legal team? Our San Jose office is seeking a talented and detail-oriented litigation paralegal with at least three years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. This is a full-time, in-person role offering exciting casework in a growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management

+ Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence

+ Perform legal research and maintain accurate case files

+ Assist with court filings and deadlines tracking

+ Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience

+ Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures

+ Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills

+ Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Commitment to in-office collaboration in San Jose
