Description

A boutique antitrust and complex litigation law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Temporary Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant to provide immediate onsite coverage to support filings, document formatting, and trial preparation during a transition period. This role is 100% onsite and is ideal for a litigation support professional who can step in quickly and contribute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

+ Prepare, format, and file litigation documents in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with local and judge-specific rules.

+ Handle e-filing and filing-ready document preparation, including pleadings, exhibits, TOCs/TOAs, PDF assembly, bookmarking, and proofs of service.

+ Support trial and deposition preparation, including exhibit organization, binder preparation, and coordination of materials.

+ Assist with litigation calendaring and deadline tracking.

+ Provide general litigation support to attorneys and paralegals across active matters.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 3+ years of litigation support experience preferred

+ Prior experience in a law firm or litigation-focused environment.

+ Strong Microsoft Word formatting skills and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.

+ Familiarity with state and federal court filing procedures and litigation calendaring tools.

+ Ability to work onsite five days per week and start quickly.
