    Description We are looking for an entry-level Paralegal to join a dynamic personal injury law firm located in Westbury, New York. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage legal cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed promptly.

    • Review and analyze medical updates and interrogatories to support case development.

    • Request and organize medical records for legal proceedings.

    • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, memos, and correspondence.

    • File legal documents electronically using the appropriate systems.

    • Receive training in trial preparation to enhance litigation skills.

    • Collaborate with attorneys in a one-to-one ratio for case management and strategy development. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation.

    • Familiarity with drafting legal documents such as pleadings and correspondence.

    • Knowledge of personal injury law and procedures.

    • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.

    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

    • Effective communication skills for interacting with attorneys and clients.

    • Proficiency in electronic filing systems and legal documentation tools.
