What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Systems Development Engineer, you will work across engineering disciplines to deliver a competitive drive solution across the portfolio, partnering with platform development and systems engineering teams globally, and define the system integration of key drive technologies.
You will:
+ Analyze and optimize drive solutions on Dell server and storage products, collaborating with internal and external development partners.
+ Engage with various teams to facilitate drive solutions for customer adoption.
+ Establish expertise in drive technology solutions, encompassing hardware, firmware, and software interactions.

Essential Requirements
+ Over 2 years of experience in drive, system design, or architecture, with 1+ years of solid understanding of key memory technologies (e.g., HDD, SSD, NVMe, PCIe)
+ Excellent digital hardware design & debug skills, with an ability to work with and influence across global organization
+ x86 Server Architecture design understanding
+ Responsive to stakeholders and customers, and able to work collaboratively in a team with a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Effective oral and written communication skills, results-driven, well-organized, and able to handle and prioritize multiple assignments while delivering on time.

+ Master's degree
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $127,500 - $165,000.
