Description

A busy and well-established Chicago family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of family law experience and the ability to manage cases independently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and related matters.

+ Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

+ Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.

+ Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.

+ Manage deadlines and case progress with minimal supervision.

Requirements

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, with a proven ability to handle cases independently.

+ Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois.
