Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll and attendance operations in our organization. This role involves managing payroll for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payroll functions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle payroll and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for a workforce of over 1,100 employees across 32 states, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Maintain accurate employee attendance records and integrate them with payroll data.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payroll submissions.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations efficiently.

• Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

• Handle multi-state payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and attendance issues in a timely and attentive manner.

• Develop and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes and improve accuracy.

• Generate detailed payroll reports for management and assist with financial planning.

• Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration.

• Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processes and multi-state payroll management.

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems.

• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations at local, state, and federal levels.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data.

• Strong communication skills to address employee concerns and coordinate with internal departments.
