Description

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our Florida team specializing in commercial and securities litigation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex cases representing securities firms, financial advisors, and commercial businesses across multiple states (Active with Florida Bar Association required). The ideal candidate is experienced, attentive to detail, and ready to contribute to substantive legal work within a collaborative and remote environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases involving securities firms, investment advisors, and commercial businesses.

• Draft and submit motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, in state and federal courts.

• Conduct and defend depositions with precision and expertise.

• Address discovery processes, including briefing and document reviews, to build strong cases.

• Collaborate on securities regulatory matters and ensure compliance with legal standards.

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation cases with strategic planning and execution.

• Apply knowledge of FINRA regulations and securities law to legal proceedings.

• Provide clear and thorough legal analysis and written communications.

• Work remotely while maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability.

• Pursue growth opportunities and contribute to the firm's success.

Requirements

• Must be a Florida licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.

• Proficiency in drafting motions and legal briefs for state and federal courts.

• Demonstrated expertise in commercial and complex litigation.

• Solid understanding of securities law and FINRA regulations.

• Experience with discovery processes, including document review and deposition procedures.

• Strong analytical and writing skills to produce high-quality legal work.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing remote work effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.
