Description We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers through inbound calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Perform data entry tasks to update systems and ensure information accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor and adhere to call center performance metrics and service standards.
• Provide empathetic and effective communication to address customer concerns.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on policies.
• Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
• Experience handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with call center systems and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
