Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in San Carlos, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This position requires strong expertise in bookkeeping and familiarity with QuickBooks Online. This opportunity is short term contract (a few days potentially). Responsibilities:

• Process 1099 and W2 forms with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain and organize financial records.

• Perform reconciliations to ensure accounts are balanced and accurate.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of detail-oriented experience in bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online for financial management.

• Strong knowledge of processing 1099 and W2 forms.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance standards.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
