    Job Title: Interior SuperintendentJob Description

     

    We are seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent to join our project team. This role is integral to the successful delivery of high-quality interior projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million. The focus will be on healthcare interiors, retail, office space, and infrastructure projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee interior construction projects from start to finish.

    + Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution.

    + Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

    + Facilitate communication and coordination between project team members, owners, and executives.

    + Maintain strong documentation and computer records related to project progress.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 5 years' experience as a commercial superintendent.

    + Proven experience in healthcare interiors.

    + Strong subcontractor management skills.

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with interior fit-outs.

    + Proficient in site safety management.

    + Strong computer and documentation skills.

    Work Environment

    The position involves working on-site, either in an office or project trailer. You will be part of a larger project team, engaging in both office and field environments. The construction environment requires adherence to safety protocols and may involve interaction with various stakeholders, including owners and executives.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bowie, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
