    Job Title: Construction Project Manager

    •Job Description

     

    We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing subcontractor qualifications, finalizing and issuing subcontract and purchase order agreements. This position involves reviewing, approving, and coordinating various project documents, overseeing the completion of punch list items, and managing the project closeout process.

    Responsibilities

    + Assess subcontractor qualifications and finalize subcontract and purchase order agreements.

    + Review, approve, and coordinate documents such as shop drawings, mock-up approvals, pre-installation meeting notes, design clarifications, project supplements, safety inspection reports, and subcontractor and supplier billings.

    + Oversee and manage the timely completion of all punch list items, ensuring that all work is fully completed before demobilization.

    + Review and approve invoices and receipts for accuracy and assist with the collection of invoices.

    + Prepare and submit monthly financial reports while keeping project files and communications updated.

    + Manage the project closeout process by attending walkthroughs with the owner and architect to create the punch list, gathering and presenting closeout information, and verifying the completion of punch list items for sign-off by the owner and architect.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management

    + 5+ years' experience as a construction project manager

    This is a Permanent position based out of Wauwatosa, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
