    The Quality Coordinator will manage phone, internet, and email inquiries from potential customers requesting product samples. The coordinator will ensure the timely dispatch of samples, maintaining the highest standards. This role involves servicing both domestic and international customers, handling direct sample requests from the salesforce, and obtaining approval from appropriate personnel for specific products before dispatch.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and manage phone, internet, and email inquiries from potential customers.

    + Ensure timely dispatch of product samples while maintaining high standards.

    + Service both domestic and international customers efficiently.

    + Handle direct sample requests from the salesforce.

    + Obtain necessary approvals for specific products before sending samples.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in data entry and management.

    + Experience in inventory and quality control.

    + Familiarity with SAP and quality standards.

    + Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

    + Experience in documentation and laboratory settings.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED is required.

    + An Associate's Degree in Biotech is preferred.

    + Previous experience in chemical handling.

    + Prior experience in shipping and receiving.

    + Comfortable working with computers for printing labels and creating shipments.

    Work Environment

    The position involves working in a combination of office and lab settings to gather samples. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an hour for lunch.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SALISBURY, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
