Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

+ Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

+ Supervise field employees, subcontractors, and third-party workers to ensure efficient project execution.

+ Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and provide regular updates.

+ Ensure all work complies with existing regulations and quality standards.

+ Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans to address any issues that arise during the project.

+ Maintain detailed records of project progress, including reports and necessary documentation.

+ Monitor project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.

+ Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site to protect workers and clients.

Essential Skills

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

+ Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Xactimate and restoration project management.

+ Background in construction and estimation.

Work Environment

The work environment is an office setting with a close-knit team culture. The team works hard and rewards its members, investing in their development and promotion. The coordinating team consists of 7-8 members. The dress code is business casual. The standard work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential for flexible hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burbank, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
