    Construction Project Manager

    Description

    This construction management firm covers mixed-use, multi-family, educational, corporate, healthcare, industrial, sports & recreation, and government projects. This specific project will be located on-site in Erie, PA. Willing to take someone in Ohio within 2 hours of Erie, PA or local resource in Pennsylvania.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Ability to manage project of similar size of $100M +

     

    - Maintain good supplier and contractor relationships

     

    - 50/50 office and on-site responsibilities

     

    - Coordinate with Project Superintendent, and report to Project Executive

     

    - Maintain budgets while on project

     

    - Will be responsible for overseeing and executing on the mechanical engineering and construction side of project

     

    - Salary role and can exceed 40 hours a week

     

    - Knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam in the MEP realm

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Must Have:

    - 4 year degree in AEC field or equivalent industry experience

     

    - 5+ project management experience specific to mechanical construction or design

     

    - knowledge of project management and estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Autodesk

    Nice to have:

    - experience with projects of $50M+ in size

     

    - MEP background or PE license is a plus

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erie, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
