    Description

    • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via ticketing system.

    • Troubleshoot login issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

    • Assist hospital staff with navigating workflows within the platform.

    • Provide guidance on best practices for case management and scheduling.

    • Understand medical terminology in order communicate with hospital systems

    • Understand the workflows of Sterile Processing Departments (SPD) and Operating Rooms (OR) to better assist customers.

    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
