What You’ll Do

+ Assist with electrical assembly and installation tasks.

+ Help with conduit installation and wire pulling.

+ Support construction and wiring activities.

+ Read and follow blueprints while working closely with experienced electricians.

+ Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity.

+ Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic.

Work Environment

+ Pre-fabrication shop (heated, no A/C).

+ Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts + 1 x 8-hour shift.

+ PPE required: steel-toed boots (bring your own), hard hat, safety vest, and glasses (we provide these during orientation).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericksburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
