About the Role
**We are looking for a detail-oriented Composite Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will work with advanced composite materials to support the manufacturing and repair of high-performance components. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform teardown, cleaning, repair, assembly, and final closeout of composite components.
+ Collaborate closely with team leads to align on schedules, priorities, and resource availability.
+ Ensure compliance with all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ **Experience:** Minimum 1 year working with composite materials such as Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, or Kevlar.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments, and composite layup techniques.
+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy under pressure.
+ Knowledge of paint prepping and priming methods.
+ Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience measuring and mixing curing chemicals.
+ Familiarity with aerospace or automotive composite applications.

Work Environment
+ Moderate physical activity with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, and noise.
+ AWS 4x10 schedule: **Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM** .
+ Minimal physical risk; proper PPE provided.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stockton, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
