Aerotek is hiring for a Commercial Roofing Solar Installer with WEEKLY pay!

Job Description

We are seeking skilled solar installers to join our team, focusing on both electrical and mechanical installations. This role involves working on a variety of solar projects, primarily on flat roofs, to assist in solar installations.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in solar installation on flat roofs, specifically on water tanks with a 42” handrail around the perimeter.

+ Perform both electrical and mechanical installations for solar projects.

+ Collaborate with the team to ensure successful completion of solar installations.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in solar installation, particularly in commercial settings.

+ Knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.

+ Ability to work on rooftop installations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior solar experience is advantageous.

+ Comfortable working at heights on flat roofs.

Work Environment

The role involves outdoor work that is weather dependent. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch break.

This is a Contract position based out of Paramus, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
