    Production Technician's Needed 1st & 3rd Shift $18.50 - $21/hr!

    Job Description

    As a Production Technician, you will work in a clean room environment, adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Your role will involve manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers. You will follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure quality and consistency. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers.

    + Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings.

    + Ensure quality and consistency in production.

    + Work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Production experience in a cleanroom environment.

    + Assembly and general production skills.

    + Warehouse and data entry experience.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Good verbal and written communication skills.

    + Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    + Team-oriented mindset.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + 1 year of production experience preferred.

    + Basic computer skills to complete training modules.

    + Ability to follow detailed procedures.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours a day, with possible overtime. Cleanroom conditions include over 30% humidity, temperatures between 60–70°F, and ambient noise levels. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. You will engage in frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene, such as disinfectants and solvents, is necessary. You must be able to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift and occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted. Use of hand tools and equipment is also required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
