Job Title: Production Operator- 1st Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operator for the 1st and 2nd Shift who will be responsible for using hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies utilized across multiple fields. The role involves the use of screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, and production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components. You will also perform quality checks to ensure the highest standards before advancing to subsequent steps. Additionally, this role requires the use of computers to access step-by-step assembly instructions, necessitating the ability to log into multiple programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

+ Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches for assembly.

+ Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller pieces.

+ Perform quality checks on assembled products before advancing.

+ Use computers to access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions.

+ Log into multiple computer programs to retrieve correct instructions.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in production and computer operation.

+ Basic computer program usage on a daily basis.

+ Experience in assembly, soldering, and using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year of assembly experience preferred.

+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.

+ Experience in picking and packaging is advantageous.

+ Background in customer service is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
