    General Production Worker

     

    Overview

     

    Join our growing team as a **General Production Worker** and play a key role in our bottling and production operations. This position involves hands-on work with the production line, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the process.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Load empty bottles onto the production line for filling.

    + Operate labeler machines and manage bottle placement.

    + Remove finished products from conveyors and prepare them for packaging.

    + Perform general production tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Minimum **2 years of production experience** in a manufacturing environment.

    + Familiarity with **forklift operations** .

    + Strong reliability and punctuality.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in **manufacturing, bottling, or production** processes.

    + Ability to work effectively both **independently and as part of a team** .

    Work Environment & Schedule

    + Team of approximately **25–30 employees** , including office staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel.

    + Facility equipped with a fleet of trucks, tractors, tankers, trailers, and a 28-foot straight truck.

    + **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (occasional Saturdays as needed).

    + Breaks: **30-minute lunch** and **two 15-minute breaks** .

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COCKEYSVILLE, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
