Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description

The Production Worker will rotate working 1-2 weeks at each station. This role involves loading and unloading parts from boxes, clamping and holding parts while operating presses, stacking parts to send to quality for inspections, and washing and dipping parts in soap and water before shipment.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload parts from boxes.

+ Clamp and hold parts while operating presses.

+ Stack parts to be sent to quality for inspections.

+ Wash and dip parts in soap and water before shipment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general labor, production, and packing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to operate machines following standard procedures.

+ Skill in aligning parts in dies or fixtures.

+ Proficiency in activating machines using buttons or pedals.

+ Capability to monitor operations for defects or malfunctions.

Work Environment

The workplace is climate-controlled, clean, and well-organized. The company specializes in automated equipment and custom machines, serving industries such as vending and nuclear fuels. Working hours are 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling and voluntary overtime available, including 2 hours each day and 6 hours on Saturday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
