Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in 5-Axis Custom Tooling machining and have experience with various machine operations.
Responsibilities
+ Operate and set up 5-Axis Custom Tooling machines, including Large SNK, FIDIA, Line, and DMG.
+ Perform operations using FIDIA, Siemens, or Fanuc control systems.
+ Set up machines independently, including adding tools with proper clamping.
+ Utilize Mastercam Programming for machining tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in 5-Axis Custom Tooling machining.
+ Experience with Large SNK, FIDIA, Line, and DMG machines.
+ Knowledge of FIDIA, Siemens, or Fanuc control operations.
+ Ability to set up machines independently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in Mastercam Programming is a plus.
+ Experience shaping hard metals into tooling.
Work Environment
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules, including a Rotator Shift from Thursday to Wednesday bi-weekly with 12-hour shifts, a First Shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and a Second Shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am. The work environment involves operating machinery and requires attention to detail in a dynamic setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Winfield, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
