Job Description
The General Production Worker will engage in various tasks within the plant, excluding forklift operations. The role involves stacking products, wrapping and palletizing, building custom skids, and packing cardboard material into boxes for shipment.
Responsibilities
+ Stack products and ensure they are securely wrapped and palletized.
+ Build custom skids as required.
+ Pack cardboard material into boxes and prepare them for shipping.
+ Engage in general labor work including heavy lifting.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production and general labor.
+ Proficiency in packaging, inspection, and packing.
+ Ability to operate manufacturing and industrial equipment.
+ Capability to perform heavy lifting consistently between 30-50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working in non-climate controlled environments.
+ Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
+ A self-motivated individual with an interest in long-term growth within the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
