Job Title: Sheet Metal Installer** **Job Description

We are seeking Sheet Metal Installers with 1-3 years of experience for two local projects in the Richmond area, one in Innsbrook and another Downtown. This role involves reading blueprints and installing materials on projects lasting from 6 months to a year. Candidates must bring their own hand tools to the job site.

Responsibilities

+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.

+ Install duct work and related equipment efficiently and accurately.

+ Perform layout tasks for duct and equipment placement.

+ Measure and cut duct work using hand tools.

+ Maintain and clean work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in sheet metal, HVAC, duct work, and installation.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience in construction and fabrication.

+ Proficiency with a tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to perform laboring duties related to installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment.

+ Capability to work with hand tools.

+ Physical ability to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.

+ Reliability and punctuality.

+ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

+ Reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
