    Job Title: General Laborer

    **Location:** Louisville, Tennessee

    **Pay:** $23/hr

    Shifts:

    + **1st Shift:** 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM

    + **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM

    + **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, with possible Saturday overtime

    Job Description

    This role involves installing and moving metal safety fencing on a robotics floor to support and improve safety procedures. The work is physical, fast‑paced, and performed in a loud warehouse environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Install and relocate metal fencing around robotics equipment

    + Use hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, hammers, torque wrenches, rulers, etc.)

    + Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area

    + Work in a loud, fast‑moving environment

    What You Need

    + Ability to read a tape measure accurately

    + Experience with hand and power tools

    + Ability to stand and walk for long periods

    + Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
