    Job Title: Material Handler - Polishing Department** **Job Description

     

    Join our team as a Material Handler in the Polishing Department, where you will be responsible for maintaining satisfactory quality performance levels. You will package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production while entering data into our systems. This role requires working in a high-speed, high-volume environment, meeting or exceeding daily production goals, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels.

    + Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production.

    + Perform data entry into systems via PC.

    + Work in a high-speed, high-volume environment.

    + Meet or exceed daily production goals at 80% or higher.

    + Put away and pull equipment and/or parts.

    + Maintain a clean, organized workstation.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in shipping, material handling, and warehouse operations.

    + Ability to pick and pack efficiently.

    + Proficient in data entry and computer skills.

    + Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

    + Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Production experience.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is clean and temperature-controlled, ensuring comfort during your shift. There are seven openings on the second shift, with training provided during the first shift. The second shift runs from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
