    Minimum Requirements:

    Working knowledge of all aspects of the marching arts (winds, percussion, colorguard, marching, etc.)

     

    Extensive knowledge of GCSD internal systems and processes

    Desired Qualifications:

    Working knowledge of all aspects of the marching arts (winds, percussion, colorguard, marching, etc.)

     

    Extensive knowledge of GCSD internal systems and processes

     

    Strong organizational and planning skills

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

     

    Project management expertise

    Data analysis and reporting capabilities

    GCSD internal candidate preferred

    Position Summary/Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and management of the Greece Marching Band (GMB).

     

    Oversee all logistical aspects of GMB operations including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, staff coordination and marketing, and ensure that program goals are achieved by monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments

     

    Collaborate with the Department of the Arts and various other stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of all activities

     

    Serve as the project manager for the GMB home show

     

    Serve as an advisor to the GMB Parent Boosters and attend booster meetings as needed

     

    $3,000 stipend to be paid in January 2027
