Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you will perform repair and maintenance on a variety of systems including hydraulics, bearings, shafts, and electrical components. This role involves a significant amount of preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

+ Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, bearings, shafts, and perform preventative maintenance.

+ Conduct electrical repairs including work on PLCs such as Siemens and Rockwell, and engage in some controls work.

+ Perform mechanical repairs such as changing motors, pumps, and replacing mechanical components like pins, bearings, and bushings.

+ Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

+ Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility-related machinery and equipment.

+ Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, and adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.

+ Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment.

+ Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools.

+ Prepare maintenance reports, document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs through the use of EAM.

+ Work safely and efficiently, using all required personal protective equipment and safety devices in accordance with all STW documentation.

+ Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities, promoting and sustaining CI, 5S, and STW activities.

Work Environment

Expect to work 40-45 hours a week, including one weekend every two months. You will work alongside one technician and the plant manager in a larger, cleaner facility that employs 35 people.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr.
