Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking dynamic individuals to work as floaters in a warehouse environment. The role includes tasks such as pick packing, machine operation, inventory control, and general cleaning.

Responsibilities

+ Operate machinery and equipment for packaging and production tasks.

+ Handle pick packing processes efficiently.

+ Manage and control inventory within the warehouse.

+ Perform loading and unloading of goods.

+ Conduct shipping and receiving activities.

+ Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.

+ Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling.

+ Perform heavy lifting as required.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in packaging and picking.

+ Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations.

+ Warehouse inventory management skills.

+ Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

+ Capability to handle heavy lifting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Material handling expertise.

+ Experience in machine operation.

+ Proficiency in pick packing tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnson City, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.90 - $32.55/hr.
