Job Title: Warehouse Loader

Job Description

As a Warehouse Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials from trucks and trailers, organizing and staging materials, and assisting with deliveries. Your role will also include verifying materials to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse during downtime. Additionally, you may be required to assist with production tasks periodically.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.

+ Organize and stage materials efficiently.

+ Assist with deliveries, ensuring materials are verified and customer satisfaction is achieved.

+ Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area during downtime.

+ Participate in production work as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in material handling and general labor tasks.

+ Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs.

+ Proficiency in loading and unloading trucks.

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

+ Basic reading skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Any type of production labor experience.

+ Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Basic knowledge of carpentry is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work a steady schedule from Monday through Friday, 5am to 3:30pm, with opportunities for overtime. The work is conducted outdoors, and this is a permanent position.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belvidere, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
